专利说明:
Trailer 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 The invention relates to a trailer having a frame, a ramp arrangement and a drawbar, the frame having a first side of the frame and a second side of the frame, a platform surface between the sides 5 of the frame and a first end of the frame and a second end of the frame. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Light trailers used by passenger cars and the like are commonly used to transport goods. Some trailers have a tipping platform. In the case of tipping trailers, the tipping axis of the platform is transverse to the longitudinal direction of the drawbar. This tilting axle is generally at the axle of the trailer, which is located in the longitudinal direction of the platform, viewed approximately on the center line of the platform. In practice, the position of the tilting axle of the pallet is dimensioned so that the pallet and at the same time the whole trailer have a slightly front weight, so that the load of the pallet 15 does not stress the locking mechanism of the pallet. There are several problems associated with the use of known lightweight tipper trailers. Trailers often carry a variety of light vehicles such as motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and snowmobiles. Such vehicles are usually moved to the platform of the trailer by driving. For loading, the platform of the trailer 20 is placed in a loading position in which the rear edge of the platform abuts the running surface of the trailer, such as a street, ground or the like. Driving a light vehicle on such a steep platform is a tricky and often even dangerous operation. Due to the steepness of the tipping platform, the vehicle being moved to the platform has to be accelerated to a fairly high speed, which increases the risk of accidents. The risk of Ta25 accidents is further increased by the fact that the platform can swing to a horizontal position when the center of gravity of the load (vehicle to be moved) exceeds the center line of the platform. On the other hand, if the platform is not arranged to swing to a horizontal transport position, the vehicle to be moved may run back down. In addition to vehicles, trailers also carry a variety of loads, such as earth, building materials and heavy objects. 30 Such loads would be easiest to unload from the platform by tilting it to a tilted position. However, tipping a fully loaded pallet is cumbersome and requires a lot of force if the pallet is front-loaded. There are also problems with the use of loose loading ramps. Firstly, the loading ramp can easily be lost or forgotten and it is difficult to maintain it during transport. Furthermore, the use of such a ramp is quite prone to accidents, as the ramp can become detached and the load can fall during loading. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 SUMMARY It is an object of the invention to provide a solution which can significantly reduce the disadvantages and disadvantages associated with the prior art. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a solution which is easy and safe to use. The objects of the invention are achieved by a trailer which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. Some preferred embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims. The invention provides a trailer having a ramp arrangement between the sides of a trailer body at the rear of the trailer. The ramp arrangement consists of a first ramp part and a second ramp part and a lifting arrangement for moving the ramp15 arrangement between the loading and transport positions. The ramp sections are articulated to each other and to the trailer body so that the first ramp section is closer to the front of the trailer than the second ramp section. The lifting arrangement is attached to the frame so that it can move the first ramp part. When referring above or below or in similar directions in the text, a state 20 is described in which the trailer according to the invention is in its normal operating position. A trailer according to an embodiment of the invention comprises a frame, a ramp arrangement and a drawbar, the frame having a first side of the frame and a second side of the frame, a platform surface between the sides of the frame and a first end 25 and a second end of the frame. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the ramp arrangement is between the first side of the body and the second side of the body, and the ramp arrangement consists of a first ramp part and a second ramp part. The first ramp portion has a first end of the first ramp portion and a second end of the first ramp portion 30, and the second ramp portion has a first end of the second ramp portion and a second end of the second ramp portion. The first end of the first ramp part is articulated to the frame and the first end of the second ramp part is articulated 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 to the other end of the first ramp section. The ramp arrangement has first positions and a second position, and the ramp arrangement is configured such that in the first position the ramp arrangement is flush with the platform surface and in the second position the second end of the second ramp portion contacts or is close to the surface of the trailer during loading and the first end of the first ramp portion relative to said surface than the other end of the first ramp portion. In the first position, the ramp arrangement and in particular the upper surface of the ramp arrangement and the surface of the frame thus form the platform surface of the trailer. In the second position, the second ramp portion contacts or is so close to the surface of the ground (or similar platform) that it can be used as a ramp. In the second position, at least the first ramp part is a sloping ramp, along which the goods can be moved to or from the trailer. The trailer further includes a lifting arrangement attached to the frame and in contact with the first ramp portion, and the lifting arrangement is configured to move the ramp arrangement between at least the first position and the second position. The lifting arrangement can also be used to lift or lower loads to or from the trailer. It should be noted that the lifting arrangement can be adapted to be fixedly connected to the first ramp part or the connection point can be movable, i.e. in different positions of the ramp arrangement the lifting arrangement or its parts move relative to the first ramp part. In one embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, there is at least one support beam between the first side of the body and the second side of the body, and the first end of the first ramp part is attached to the support beam closest to the second end of the body. This support beam prevents or at least reduces the distortion and movement of the parts of the trailer body relative to each other when moving the ramp arrangement. In another embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the first end of the second ramp part has a blocking arrangement configured to allow the movement of the second ramp part only above the level tuned by the first ramp part. This means that if the first ramp part is considered to be horizontal, the second ramp part only turns upwards relative to the first ramp part. This arrangement keeps the ramp arrangement stable as it moves between positions. In a third embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the trailer has at least one annular axle and the first end of the first ramp part is at the annular axle closest to the second end of the body or between the annular axle closest to the second end of the body 35 and the first end of the first ramp part. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 ring axle. By placing the joint of the ramp part in the vicinity of the ring axle, the balance of the trailer is made to remain more stable in loading and unloading situations. In a fourth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the lifting arrangement 5 comprises a first power means and a second power means, a first lifting arm and a second lifting arm and a support bar. The power means has a first end of the power means and a second end of the power means. The first power means is articulated at its first end to the first side of the body and at the second end articulated to the first lifting arm, and the second power means is articulated at its first end to the second side of the body and at the other end articulated to the second lifting arm. The lifting arm has a first end of the lifting arm and a second end of the lifting arm, and the first end of the first lifting arm is articulated at its first end to the first side of the body and at the second end to the support bar and the first end of the second lifting arm is articulated at its first end to the second side of the body. The support rod is configured to move the first ramp portion so that the ramp arrangement moves between the first position and the second position when the first power means and the second power means move the first lift arm and the second lift arm. With the structure 20 according to the embodiment, the force on the ramp arrangement can be directed so that the movement of the ramp arrangement between the positions is more efficient and the load on the structures is less. In addition, the support bar supports the ramp arrangement and prevents distortion of its structures during movement. In a fifth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the first power means and the second power means are hydraulic cylinders. In a sixth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the first ramp part has a frame with a first side member and a second side member, which side members are parallel to the sides of the frame. The side beams have a first end of the side beam and a second end of the side beam and the second ends of the side beams are at or near the other end of the first 30 ramp portions. The first side beam has an elongate first support bar slot parallel to the side beam and the second side beam has an elongate second support bar slot parallel to the side beam, which slots are grooves or openings, and the support bar is adapted to pass through said support bar slots. In this embodiment, the positioning of the support rod 35 further improves the stability of the ramp portion during movement. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 In a seventh embodiment of a trailer according to the invention, the support bar slots have a first end of the support bar slot and a second end of the support bar slot, the first end of the support bar slot is towards the first end of the side beam and the second end of the support bar slot between the position and the second position so that the support rod is at the other end of the support rod slot when the ramp arrangement is in the first position. The support bar slot is thus longer than the diameter of the support bar. With this embodiment, it is easier to optimize the placement and positioning of the parts of the lifting arrangement. In an eighth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the first ends of the power means are attached to the sides of the frame between the attachment points of the first end of the first ramp part and the attachment points of the first end of the lifting arms. By placing the attachment points of the lifting arrangement in this area, they remain protected by the body during loading. In a ninth embodiment of a trailer according to the invention, the lifting arrangement has a first articulated body articulated to one end and the first lifting arm of the first power means and a second articulated body articulated to the second end of the second power means and the second lifting arm. In a tenth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the power means is attached to the lifting arm so that the other end of the power means is movable relative to the lifting arm when the ramp arrangement is moved. In an eleventh embodiment of a trailer according to the invention, the lifting arm has a py25 stop arrangement or stop arrangements for stopping the movement of the other end of the power means. With these embodiments, the force application can be changed during raising and lowering of the ramp part and thus further optimize the movement of the ramp part. In a twelfth embodiment of a trailer according to the invention, the trailer has a locking arrangement configured to lock the ramp arrangement 30 in place relative to the frame when the ramp arrangement is in the first position and to release the ramp arrangement when the lifting arrangement is activated. This improves the safety and stability of the ramp arrangement. In a thirteenth embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the trailer has a battery housing with at least a rechargeable battery. This battery acts as a power source for the lifting arrangement. Because the battery is rechargeable, this allows the lifting arrangement to be used even when the trailer is not electrically connected to the towing vehicle. In one embodiment using a hydraulic lifting arrangement, the hydraulic fluid reservoir is in a battery housing. Furthermore, other trailer accessories, such as lanyards, can also be stored in the battery case. In a fourteenth embodiment of a trailer according to the invention, the second ramp portion has a stern articulated at one end of the second ramp portion configured to be upright when the ramp arrangement is in the first position and pivoted at least partially against the surface of the second ramp portion when the ramp arrangement is in the second position. An advantage of the invention is that it provides a trailer that is easy and safe to pack and unpack. The invention is also easily dimensioned for towing vehicles of different sizes as well as for transported goods. The invention is also able to optimize the application of forces so that it is as efficient as possible and at the same time reduces the torques applied to the frame and structures. The ramp arrangement according to the invention can also be used for lifting heavy objects onto a platform. Another advantage of the invention is that it facilitates the loading and unloading of small vehicles on and off the trailer. Another advantage is that the steepness of the resulting ramp 20 can be adjusted. A further advantage of the invention is that it can reduce the possibility of accidents. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES The invention is described in detail below. The description refers to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1a shows an example of a trailer according to the invention, Figure 1b shows Figure 1a from another direction, Figure 2a shows another example of a trailer according to the invention whose ramp arrangement is being moved to another position, Figure 2b shows a trailer according to Figure 2a in the first position, Fig. 3a shows a third example of a trailer according to the invention with the ramp arrangement in the second position, and Fig. 3b shows the trailer of Fig. 3a with the ramp arrangement in the first position. DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 The embodiments in the following description are exemplary only, and one skilled in the art may implement the basic idea of the invention in a manner other than that described in the description. Although reference may be made in the description to one embodiment or embodiments in several places, this does not mean that the reference is to only one of the described embodiments or that the described feature is useful in only one of the described embodiments. The individual features of the two or more embodiments may be combined to provide new embodiments of the invention. Figure 1 shows a trailer 100. The trailer has a frame 101, a ramp arrangement and a drawbar 102. The frame has a first side 103 and a second side 104 of the frame, and a first end 109 of the frame and a second end 105 of the frame. The drawbar is attached to the first end of the frame. The drawbar has means for attaching the trailer to the towing vehicle and means for transferring electricity from the towing vehicle to the electrical equipment of the trailer. Depending on the intended use of the trailer, the frame may also have sides, in which case the frame forms a box-like structure, i.e. a pallet, in which cargo can be transported. The frame forms the bottom of this platform, i.e. the platform surface. Partly below the frame and on its sides are the trailer tires and the connecting tire axle. The tires can also be independent of each other, in which case the tire axle is a virtual line between the tires. The frame has support beams 110 between the first side of the frame and the second side of the frame. In this example, the support beams are connected by a plurality of beams parallel to the sides of the frame. The ramp arrangement of the trailer 100 forms a movable ramp on a part of the body surface (i.e. the platform surface) which can be counted as a ramp for loading, along which 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 goods can be moved to or from the trailer. The ramp arrangement is between the first side 103 of the frame and the second side 104 of the frame. The ramp arrangement consists of a first ramp portion 106 and a second ramp portion 107. The first ramp portion has a first end of the first ramp portion and a second end of the first ramp portion 5 and the second ramp portion has a first end of the second ramp portion and a second end of the second ramp portion. The first end of the first ramp portion is articulated to the frame 101 and the first end of the second ramp portion is articulated to the second end of the first ramp portion. The second ramp part is thus attached to the frame via the first ramp part. The ramp arrangement 10 has a first position, i.e. a transport position, and a second position, i.e. a loading position. The ramp arrangement is configured so that in the first position the ramp arrangement is flush with the frame, i.e. the surface of the ramp arrangement and the surface of the frame form the platform surface. In the second position, the second end of the second ramp part contacts or is close to the surface on which the trailer is during loading, and the first end of the first ramp part is higher than said surface than the second end of the first ramp part. In the second position, the surfaces of the ramp arrangement thus deviate from the level of the surface of the frame, i.e. the platform surface. In this case, the surfaces of the ramp arrangement form the surface of the ramp. It should be noted that the directions of the planes of the first ramp portion 106 and the second ramp portion 107 may be the same or different. Thus, there may be several other positions, and they vary in that the other end of the second ramp part is close to the surface on which the trailer is during loading so that the second ramp part is against said surface, i.e. parallel to the ground. In the latter case, the second ramp part is also parallel to the surface of the frame (platform surface), but 25 is in a different plane. It is essential that in the second position loading of the trailer is possible. In one embodiment, the first end of the second ramp portion has a blocking arrangement configured to allow movement of the second ramp portion only above a level tuned by the first ramp portion. This means that when calculating the ramp arrangement from the first position towards the second position, the first ramp part and the second ramp part are in the same plane, i.e. in the same direction, until the second ramp part touches the surface on which the trailer is. If the lowering of the ramp section is continued, the second ramp section starts to turn above the level tuned by the first ramp section. In this case, the first ramp part descends steeper than the second ramp part and the steepness of the second ramp part decreases until the second ramp part is completely against the ground. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 In one embodiment, the first end of the first ramp portion 106 is attached to a support beam 110 closest to the second end 105 of the frame. The trailer 100 has at least one ring axle and the first end of the first ramp portion 106 is at the ring axis 5 closest to the second end of the frame 105 or the ring axis closest to the second end of the frame. between the first end of the body so that the first end of the first ramp part is closer to said ring axis. In this case, the support beam, to which the first end of the first ramp part is attached, is located on the ring shaft or slightly towards the first end 109 of the frame. In one embodiment, the distance of the attachment point of the ramp arrangement 10 from the edge of the front end of the body is less than from the edge of the rear end of the body, i.e. the attachment point of the ramp arrangement is closer to the front end than the rear end. The trailer 100 has a lifting arrangement 108 by which the ramp arrangement can be moved at least between the first position and the second position. The lifting arrangement is attached to the frame 101 and the first ramp part 106. The lifting arrangement is configured to lift the first ramp part parallel to the first side 103 of the body and the second side 104 of the body, i.e. the first ramp part is lifted from both sides of the body simultaneously. In one embodiment, the lifting arrangement 108 has a first power means 20 113 and a second power means 111, a first lifting arm 114 and a second lifting arm 115 and the support rod 112. Power means are devices that can produce forces in different directions to move the object between different positions. In one embodiment of the trailer according to the invention, the power means are hydraulic cylinders having at least a first cylinder part and a second cylinder part, and the cylinder parts are arranged to go inside and out inside each other so that the total length of the hydraulic cylinder changes. The power means has a first end of the power means and a second end of the power means. The first power means is articulated at its first end to the first side of the body and the second power means is articulated at its first end to the second side of the body. The force means are positioned so that their longitudinal axes are parallel to the vertical plane tuned by the side of the body. The lifting arms are elongated pieces. The lifting arm has the first end of the lifting arm and the second end of the lifting arm. The first end of the first lifting arm 114 is articulated at its first end to the first side 103 of the body and the first end of the second lifting arm 115 is articulated at its first end to the second side 104. The point of attachment of the lifting arms to the body is the force range10. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 between their attachment point and the other end 105 of the body. The first power means is articulated at one end to the first lifting arm. The second power means is articulated at one end to the other lifting arm. One end of the first lifting arm is attached to the support bar and the other end of the second lifting arm is attached to the support bar. The support bar 112 is configured to move the first ramp portion so that the ramp arrangement moves between the first position and the second position when the first power means and the second power means move the first lift arm and the second lift arm. The support bar is configured to move relative to the first ramp portion. As the power means extends, it pivots the lifting arm attached thereto so that one end of the lifting arm moves closer to the other end 105 of the body 101. At the same time the other end of the lifting arm rises higher than the surface of the trailer 100, i.e. the other end of the lifting arm approaches the body and the side of the body. below the other end of the lifting arm is. Since the support rod is attached to the lifting arm, the support rod also rises according to the second end of the lifting arm 15 and at the same time also the first ramp part on top of the support rod. The first ramp portion lifts the first end of the second ramp portion attached thereto until the second end of the second ramp portion disengages from the surface on which the trailer is located. In this case, the second ramp part is positioned in the same direction as the first ramp part, because the first end of the second ramp part has a blocking arrangement 20 which allows the movement of the second ramp part only above the level tuned by the first ramp part. The support bar or the body of the first ramp section, or both, may have configurations that control the movements of the support bar. For example, the body of the first ramp part may have a slot in which the support bar rests when the ramp arrangement enters the first position. In this case, the support bar holds the ramp25 arrangement firmly in place during transport. As the power means shortens, it pulls the second end of the lifting arm towards the first end 109 of the trailer and at the same time the lifting arm moves towards a vertical position, whereby the other end of the lifting arm would be closest to the surface on which the trailer is. It should be noted that the lifting arm need not be positioned in this vertical position in the second position of the ramp arrangement. 30 It is essential that in the first position of the ramp arrangement the other end of the lifting arm is higher than in the second position of the ramp arrangement. It is a good idea to stop moving the lift arm with the power tool when the first end of the second ramp section is level with the ground (or equivalent surface). Because the lifting arrangement is attached to two points on each side of the frame, the lifting arrangement is sturdy 35 and does not apply torsional forces to the frame when the ramp arrangement is moved. There are embodiments in which the body of the first ramp part has an opening for a support bar. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 In Figure 1A, the trailer 100 is viewed from the front oblique. The ramp arrangement is in the second position, i.e. the ramp arrangement is in the loading position. In Figure 1B, the trailer is viewed from behind. The ramp arrangement is in another position, i.e. the transport position. The power tool is at its longest and the lifting arm is positioned parallel to the power tool next to it. The support rod is in the second position of the support rod in the second position closest to the other end 105 of the trailer body 101. According to one embodiment, the connection points of the trailer lifting arrangement according to the invention to the trailer body and to the ramp arrangement are preferably arranged so that the connection points are located symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the trailer. Figures 2A and 2B show another embodiment of the trailer 200. In Figure 2A, the ramp arrangement of the trailer is in or moving to a second position of the ramp arrangement, and in Figure 2B, the ramp arrangement of the trailer is in the first position of the ramp arrangement. The trailer 200 has a body 201, a first end 212 of the body, a second end 213 of the body 15, a first side 209 of the body, a second side of the body, a drawbar 202, a ramp arrangement, a lifting arrangement and a locking arrangement 211. The ramp arrangement has a first ramp portion 205, a second ramp portion 203 and a blocking arrangement 204. The ramp arrangement is implemented in the same manner as in the embodiments illustrated in Figure 1. The purchasing arrangement includes a first power means 207, a second power means (not shown), a first lifting arm 208, a second lifting arm (not shown), a first articulated body 206, a second articulated body (not shown), and a support bar 210. The power means includes a first end and a second end, and power means is articulated at its first end to the side of the body. The lifting arms have a first end and a second end of the lifting arms 25, and the lifting arms are articulated at their first end to the side of the body. The ends of the support rod are attached to the other ends of the lifting arms. The first hinge member is articulated to the second end of the first power means and the first lifting arm, and the second hinge member is hingedly attached to the second end of the second power means and the second lifting arm. In this example, the hinge pieces are attached to the other ends of the lifting arms. There are embodiments in which the power means is attached to the lifting arm so that the other end of the power means is movable relative to the lifting arm when the ramp part is moved. In this case, the lifting arm may additionally have a stop arrangement or stop arrangements for stopping or restricting the movement of the other end of the power means nos. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 relative to the arm. The articulated body is designed so that the power means and the lifting arm can turn relative to each other, but the other ends of the power means and the lifting arm are slightly separated from each other. This can facilitate the positioning of the power tools and lifting arms. The articulation body can also be used to move the other end of the force gap relative to the lifting arm. The locking arrangement 211 of the trailer 200 is configured to lock the ramp arrangement in place relative to the frame when the ramp arrangement is in the first position. The locking arrangement releases the ramp arrangement when the lifting arrangement is activated, i.e. the ramp arrangement is started to move from the first position10 towards the second position. In the example of Figure 2, the locking arrangement is an elongate piece of metal with a slot adapted to settle in a part of the ramp arrangement when the ramp arrangement is in the first position. In one embodiment, the locking arrangement is moved by a power means of the locking arrangement. Preferably, the locking arrangement is on each side of the trailer body 201. In Figure 2A, the ramp arrangement of the trailer 200 is in a second position (or moving toward it) and by shortening the first power means 207 and the second power means the support bar 210 is moved down from the level of the trailer platform and toward the first end 212 of the trailer. By extending the force means, the ramp arrangement is again made to move towards the first position. There may also be embodiments in which the power means are arranged so that by shortening the power means the ramp arrangement is raised, i.e. it moves towards the first position, and by lengthening the power means the ramp arrangement is lowered, i.e. it moves towards the second position. In most cases, in these embodiments, the attachment points of the first ends of the power means are between the attachment point of the second end of the body and the attachment point of the first end of the lifting arm. By positioning the first ends of the power means so that the attachment points of the first ends of the power means are between the attachment point of the first end of the body and the attachment point of the first end of the lifting arm, the structure is made more stable. In this case, the attachment points of the first ends of the power means are close to the point where the ramp arrangement is attached to the frame. The term “close” refers here to said distance to the length of the body of the trailer. In one embodiment, the distance from the point of attachment of the first end of the power means to the point of attachment to the frame of the ramp arrangement is a maximum of 10% of the length of the body of the trailer. In Figure 2B, the ramp arrangement of the trailer 200 is in the first position, the first power means 207 is in its longest position and the first force13 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 the means and the first lifting arm 208 are substantially both parallel and parallel to the first side 209 of the body. The first hinge piece 206 separates the second ends of the first power means and the first lifting arm so that the first power means and the first lifting arm can overlap in the first position. In one embodiment, plate surfaces are attached to the frame between the first side of the frame and the second side of the frame, the first ramp portion and the second ramp portion so that the ramp arrangement is in the first position, these plate surfaces form a substantially flat surface at least part of the trailer platform. Figures 3A and 3B show a third embodiment of the trailer 300. In Figure 3A, the ramp arrangement of the trailer is in or moving to a second position of the ramp arrangement, and in Figure 3B, the ramp arrangement of the trailer is in the first position of the ramp arrangement. Trailer 300 has a body 301, a first body end 312, a second body end 313, a body first side 309, a body second side, a drawbar 308, a ramp arrangement, a lifting arrangement, and a locking arrangement 311. The trailer also has a rear support leg 306 to improve stability in loading and unloading situations. The ramp arrangement has a first ramp portion 302 and a second ramp portion 303. The ramp arrangement 20 is implemented in the same manner as in the embodiments illustrated in Figure 1. The lifting arrangement in this example is similar to the example in Figure 2. The second ramp portion 303 has a stern 304 articulated to its other end. The stern is configured to be upright when the ramp arrangement is in the first position (Figure 3B) and pivoted at least partially against the surface of the second ramp25 portion when the ramp arrangement is in the second position (Figure 3B). The term “upright” means that the tailgate is in a position to prevent the load from slipping or falling off the trailer. Preferably, the tailgate is then at a right angle or close to a right angle to the platform surface of the trailer. The movements of the sternboard may be effected by a moving rod 305 fixed at one end to the lifting arrangement and at the other end to the sternboard so that the movements of the lifting arrangement simultaneously move the sternboard. The movement of the stern board can also be carried out by means of a force. There are also embodiments in which the movement of the sternboard is performed manually. In the second position, the sternboard can act as an auxiliary ramp to soften and facilitate the transfer of cargo onto the 35 ramp arrangements. 20187032 prh 09 -03- 2018 The trailer 300 also has a battery case 307. The battery case has at least a rechargeable battery. The battery is powered by the vehicle towing the trailer when the trailer is connected to it. The battery housing may also contain a fluid reservoir for the hydraulic equipment of the lifting arrangement and other necessary equipment. The rechargeable battery allows the lifting system to be used even when the trailer is not connected to the vehicle. It should be mentioned that there are also embodiments in which the power means of the lifting arrangement can be implemented to operate in whole or in part manually. One manual solution is a mechanical hand pump for hydraulic fluid. With such an arrangement, the ramp arrangement of the trailer can be used, for example, after the battery has been discharged or in a trailer 10 in which no battery is installed. In one embodiment, the lifting arrangement comprises a first power means, a second power means, a first lifting arm, a second lifting arm and a support rod. The power means are articulated at its first end to the frame. The lifting arms are attached from the first end to the frame, and a support rod is attached to the other ends of the lifting arms. The support bar is below the upper surface of the first ramp part, i.e. the surface which is part of the platform surface. The other ends of the power means are articulated to the lifting arms. In this embodiment, the power means is attached to the center of the lifting arm. The first ramp portion has a frame with side beams parallel to the sides of the frame, the side beams having a first end of the side beam and a second end of the 20 side beams, and the other ends of the side beams being at or near the other end of the first ramp portion. The side beams have an elongate support bar slot parallel to the side beam, and the support bar is adapted to pass through said support bar slots. The support rod slots are grooves or openings or similar designs to which the support rod can be fitted. There are embodiments in which the support bar slots 25 have a first end of the support bar slot and a second end of the support bar slot, and the first end of the support bar slot is toward the first end of the side member and the second end of the support bar slot is toward the second end of the side member. The support bar is adapted to run in the support bar slots between the ends of the support bar slots when the ramp arrangement moves between the first position and the second position so that the support bar is the support bar 30 at or near the second end of the slot when the ramp arrangement is in the first position. Some preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions just described, but the inventive idea can be applied in numerous ways within the limits set by the claims.
